A Little Brown account win
Another boost for our good start to 2008: we've been appointed to the roster of the Little, Brown Book Group, one of the major publishing houses, and part of Hachette Livre. Having worked with publishers before, I'm looking forward to lots of really nice people and plenty of stimulating debates (and the occasional free book!).
Our first project is an interesting one - to take one of America's biggest female authors (Nora Roberts), and help make her similarly successful in the UK. More to follow. But the challenge lies in the words 'romantic fiction', which means very different things over there to over here!
