Sure there's a great ad idea in here (although it might be a bit urban spam-y). Basically, it's a lap top with a projector. The guy who does it then hands out flyers asking for people to send text message, which appear in the bubbles.
People have tried projection as advertising before, but I like the interactive dimension of this. But even if you skip that as a bit random, it feels like something with more rel event uses than projecting semi naked women on the Houses of Parliament.
